The idea for this blog came to me one evening when I was trying to find a trend report for the coming season and either didn't find any or were confused by the presentation of places such as Vogue, who just threw everything at me at once and left me thinking that basically everything is in fashion for the coming season.
I caught myself wishing for a place where trends are presented to the reader one at the time and where it was done in a way that perhaps made it easier for the reader to decide which trends to leave behind and which trends to make their own. This blog is not a dictate of what you need to wear to be cool and in fashion, but merely meant to be a tool for the fashion interested. At the very least researching for this blog has given me tons of inspiration and I hope it will for others as well.
The concept is simple: I will post a trend which will be given a name in the post's title. The post itself will consist of a series of pictures. A small comment may feature at the end of each post. Each trend is of course selected and curated by me, and bare my aesthetics, but it' up to you to take the trend presented in the purest possible form and make it your own.
